Here we have the system set up
The Gauge bar is in place on the HM-150 so the Leather name Tag is centered under the printing head.
Next the CHM-318 has the Alpha Character (type) set with the name, Rank and other information. The two lines are centered in the
typeholder, assuring line up on the Name Tag.
The Military Emblem or Insignia is locked up in the Center of the TS-150. Extra spacer bars are provided for different size dies.
The Gold foil can be loaded in the machine; however, it has been removed here for ease of viewing. Further, in our shop we imprint
similar products with the foil out, because it allows for better viewing under the type head, and when the hot stamping foil is laid in by
hand it is not affectd by preeheating and prints better.
